Technology-enhanced learning strategy for higher education - Students, tell us your opinions!

How should Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL) be implemented in higher education? This question simply implies a university-wide strategy, but what do students think about it?
The research for this paper briefly introduced the TEL strategy to students and asked for their opinions about it. The results shows a strong student demand for more online content and lecture recordings. In addition, they state that the use of technology for teaching and learning will improve the future quality of higher education.
