Teaching and learning reflective competence as a future skill in design studies
Main Article Content
This study explores the role of reflection competence in design education. Through the design, implementation, and evaluation of a new course format, reflection emerges as a core skill for future designers, while its transfer into practice requires active support. Recommendations include integrating reflective formats into the curriculum, clear assessment structures, supporting materials, and guided development of attitude, responsibility, and relational skills for sustainable design practice.
