Flexibilisation of Conference Formats – Perspectives on Inverted Classroom Conferences
Main Article Content
The article compares the conference experiences of participants in an inverted classroom conference with face-to-face conferences. While the participants’ perspective was analysed for ‘classic’ formats, there is a lack of insight into how conference participants evaluate ‘modern’ conference formats. The focus is on the question of which differences are perceived between the different formats. This was done by surveying participants (N = 81) of an inverted classroom conference. The results provide insights into the participants’ perspective and use the example of inverted classroom conferences to show that deviations from traditional conference formats are rated positively.
