"Learning reality". Educational effectiveness between subject orientation and transformative learning in university didactics

The aim of this development contribution is to classify the meaningful connection between subject orientation and transformative learning in higher education didactics for civic education in terms of learning theory, specifically with regard to the ZFHE Call for Papers (Issue 21/1) in favour of problem-oriented higher education didactics. Building on this, tried-and-tested educational practices for success, exemplified by insights into a seminar concept and the teaching and learning example of so-called episodic narration, are reflected upon as educationally effective learning opportunities for the subject-specific higher education context.
