As part of the DIGITAM project, a university-specific Future Skills model was developed, piloted, and an institutionalization was prepared at htw saar. Through a participatory process, a model was created that combines Future Skills with a didactic training concept. This concept demonstrates how Future Skills can be promoted by embedding them into quality management processes and through technology-supported implementations in teaching and learning. A particular focus is placed on enabling faculty members to build the necessary competencies through structured tools and advisory support. The article discusses experiences, evaluation results, and explores opportunities for transfer.
