Personal skills development to promote resilience and mental health in universities
Main Article Content
Social changes, professional stress, and global crises pose significant challenges for teachers and students. Personal competencies such as self-efficacy, resilience, and self-care act as key protective factors, but have so far hardly been systematically integrated into curricula or continuing education programs in higher education. The goal is to firmly establish the development of effective protective factors for maintaining mental health, performance, and well-being as a contribution to sustainable higher education development.
