Impact 23 – A one-week learning event to promote sustainable thinking and behavior among students: Expectations and reality
Main Article Content
Universities are active promoters of transformation (HRK, 2018). In line with the whole-institution approach to sustainable development, universities must design innovative learning opportunities to train tomorrow’s sustainable transformers. In a learning festival (“Impact 23”) at Coburg University of Applied Sciences and Arts, students developed practical solutions to help regional partners meet the challenges of sustainable transformation. This paper describes the experiences from “Impact 23” and derives a variety of recommendations for university teaching.
