Effectiveness and impact analysis of university teaching skills training measures for the digitalization and internationalization of university teaching

This article examines the effectiveness and impact of higher education teaching development programs aimed at strengthening digital and international teaching competence within the NIDIT project. Using a pre-post mixed-methods design, both quantitative effects on competence growth and qualitative changes in teaching attitudes and philosophies are analyzed. Results show that both short-term workshops and long-term coaching formats contribute to competence develop-ment and can initiate sustainable changes in teaching practice.
