Promoting cooperative skills in teacher training – an evaluation study

Regarding actual and complex challenges of teachers currently, it is necessary from the constructivist perspective to tackle the current complex challenges of pre-service teachers through team teaching, cooperative and interdisciplinary seminars at Colleges and Universities, that will prepare student-teacher for their future tasks. These didactic concepts are evaluated in the research project koko (“competent cooperate”), which foster professional, especially cooperative, acting competences in the teaching profession in higher education.
