Participatory development of a new career model at a university of applied sciences

This article takes a closer look at the participatory process of developing a career model at a university of applied sciences. The model aims to increase the universityʼs attractiveness as an employer and to create clear, motivating career prospects for staff. The article explains the motivation for the approach and the methods used. The central results of the development process are also presented. Particular attention is paid to the legal framework that had to be taken into account when creating and implementing the model. Finally, possible future developments are highlighted.
