Well-told University Teaching - Visual Storytelling by Using Graphic Novels

Teaching and learning at universities are constantly changing. As a result, innovative approaches to designing courses and learning materials are often sought. This article shows the positive effects of storytelling in university teaching and how storytelling can be visually realized in graphic novels. The underlying theoretical assumptions of the concept can be transferred to other topics without much effort. They should also encourage teachers of other domains to use graphic novels in the university context.
