Potential of structured Support in the “dual competence profile”

The project to strengthen competencies in health and personnel development promotes the cross-university development of a dual competency profile (DKP). Coaching sessions with the individuals in the DKP and their employers highlight opportunities and limitations for the employees. A multi-method approach was chosen. The results illustrate the potential of structured support, among other things, in terms of feelings, knowledge circulation, professional relevance, and situational stress.
