This development thesis explores ways to foster effective student participation in the context of quality management. If conditions and structures are created in which students begin to view themselves as essential and vital parts of quality management, formal and informal contacts arise, which make a significant contribution to further organisational development. After a brief look at the current state of student participation in the context of quality management, the paper highlights the core concerns of the topic by providing three success conditions and a concluding hypothesis.
